What Happens After a Multi-Story Apartment Fire?
After a fire in a multi-story building, responders typically review several factors to determine how the incident developed. This may include the location where the fire started, building conditions, smoke damage, and any available safety systems within the property.
Fire investigations can also involve examining electrical components, appliances, and other possible sources that may have contributed to the event. The condition of exits, stairways, and other escape routes may also be documented. These details help create a clearer record of the incident and identify factors that affected how residents were able to leave the building.
