Jackson County, MO (August 1, 2026) – Two people suffered injuries following a vehicle collision on Thursday afternoon, July 30, on MO-BB in Jackson County. Emergency crews responded after the crash was reported south of MO-FF around 3:30 p.m.
A Chevrolet Cavalier traveling north attempted to turn left into a private drive and crossed into the path of a southbound Volkswagen Tiguan. The two vehicles collided, causing extensive damage to both vehicles. The 77-year-old Tiguan driver suffered minor injuries, while a 76-year-old passenger suffered moderate injuries. Both were taken to Centerpoint Medical Center for treatment.
