Omaha, NE (July 27, 2026) – A 63-year-old woman was seriously injured after being struck during a hit-and-run crash at 38th Street and Q Street in Omaha on Saturday evening. The incident happened around 5:00 p.m. on July 25.
A suspect vehicle was traveling east on Q Street when it struck a parked 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer. The impact pushed the Trailblazer into another parked vehicle, trapping the woman who was between the two vehicles. The woman was taken to a hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries.
Witnesses reported the suspect vehicle left the scene after the crash. The driver and vehicle involved have not been identified. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
