Hopkinsville, TN (January 10, 2026) – A woman was killed in a head-on crash overnight in Hopkinsville, according to local reports. The fatal collision occurred on Skyline Dr between Marie Dr and Industrial Dr and involved two vehicles, including a Hummer H2.
According to the Hopkinsville Police Department, the woman was driving along Skyline Dr when her vehicle crossed into the opposite lane of traffic and collided head-on with the Hummer. The crash was severe, and the woman was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Hummer H2 was not injured in the incident.
Authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased woman. The cause of the crash remains under investigation as officials work to determine what may have led to the vehicle drifting into oncoming traffic.
