Houston, TX (April 15, 2026) – One person was killed following a crash Wednesday afternoon in north Houston.
According to the Houston Police Department, the collision occurred around 1:15 p.m. in the 900 block of South Victory St near Knox St.
Investigators say a white Dodge truck traveling westbound on Victory St collided with a gray Infiniti sedan. Emergency crews responded to the scene, where one occupant of the Infiniti was pronounced dead.
Authorities have not released the identity of the victim at this time. The driver of the Dodge truck is being evaluated as part of the investigation. Officials are working to determine whether alcohol or speed were factors in the crash.
The Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Unit is leading the investigation. The incident remains under investigation, and additional details may be released as they become available.
