ST. LOUIS, Jackson County, Mo., Sept. 21, 2026 — A pregnant woman and her unborn child died Saturday night, September 19, after authorities say a Jeep struck her while she was walking with a young child on Walnut Street. The child was also hit and suffered minor injuries.
