Indianapolis, IN (January 29, 2026) – Two adults were injured in an early morning vehicle collision near the intersection of N German Church Rd and E 21st St in Indianapolis. The crash, which occurred on January 29, was first detected through an OnStar crash notification involving a white Chevy Equinox.
Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene after communication with the driver could not be established. When responders arrived, they located an adult male suffering from breathing difficulty and pain, and an adult female reporting stomach and back pain. Both individuals required medical attention, and two medics were requested.
The crash site was located just north of the intersection, and traffic in the area was affected while emergency crews treated the injured and investigated the scene. Witnesses provided information to officers, though the primary complainant had already left the area before contact could be made.
