Orange County, FL (June 23, 2026) – Several people were injured on Monday morning in a multi-vehicle crash that shut down all westbound lanes of SR-528 near Dallas Blvd in Orange County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at approximately 9 a.m. on June 22 along the westbound side of SR-528. Details regarding the number of vehicles involved and the circumstances leading up to the crash were not immediately released.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene, and a medical helicopter landed shortly after the collision to assist with patient care and transportation efforts. Authorities confirmed that injuries were reported, although the severity of those injuries has not been disclosed.
The crash resulted in the closure of all westbound lanes of SR-528 in the area. Troopers advised motorists traveling westbound to exit the expressway at SR-520 while crews worked at the scene and investigators gathered information. The incident remains under investigation.
