Carmichael, CA (August 17, 2026) – A three-vehicle accident was reported at Manzanita Ave and Madison Ave during the morning hours on August 16. The vehicles were traveling northbound at the intersection when the collision was reported.
Initial information described a blue sedan and a white or navy Toyota Prius among the vehicles involved. Another entry listed a black Lexus and two white Toyota Priuses, while an earlier report referenced two black sedans. At least three vehicles were confirmed at the location.
Emergency units were sent to the intersection after injuries were reported, and a tow service was requested. Debris was also reported in the roadway and was being moved while traffic remained affected.
