Laclede, MO (January 12, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash on Sunday morning resulted in injuries and emergency medical transport at the intersection of Highway 64 and Highway KK in Laclede County.
The incident, which occurred at approximately 10:33 a.m., involved a 2025 Honda CRV traveling eastbound on Hwy 64 and a 2023 Chrysler Town and Country moving southbound. According to reports from Troop I, the collision happened when the Chrysler failed to yield at the intersection and struck the front end of the Honda.
The driver of the Honda, a 26-year-old woman from Lebanon, sustained injuries. She was transported by Mercy Ambulance to Mercy Lebanon for further treatment. Officials confirmed that she was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The Honda sustained extensive damage and had to be towed from the scene by Paul’s Towing.
The other driver, a 32-year-old woman also from Lebanon, was wearing her safety restraint and did not report serious injuries. Her vehicle was moderately damaged, but was able to be driven from the scene.
Deputies from the Laclede County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene alongside Missouri State Highway Patrol investigators. An active investigation is ongoing to determine the full circumstances surrounding the crash, though preliminary findings indicate a failure to yield as a contributing factor.
