Miami, FL (January 14, 2026) – A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle early Wednesday morning at the intersection of NW 6th Ave and NW 7th St, prompting a multi-unit emergency response in the Overtown area of Miami.
The incident occurred around 4:01 a.m., according to dispatch audio reports. Witnesses indicated that a white vehicle struck the pedestrian in the roadway before the driver fled or pulled away from the immediate area. Three emergency units were dispatched to the scene, where medics began treating the injured individual.
