Eatonville, WA (August 5, 2026) – According to officials, a motorcyclist was injured after a crash involving a car on Mountain Highway East near 320th Street East in Eatonville. The collision happened around 1:24 p.m. on Monday, August 3, near milepost 38, causing the roadway to be blocked for about 20 minutes.
A 33-year-old Yelm man was riding southbound on a motorcycle when an 18-year-old Eatonville woman driving northbound attempted to turn left onto 320th Street East. The motorcycle struck the right side of the car while passing on the right. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Officials do not believe drugs or alcohol were involved. The cause of the crash under review.
