Fairfax County, VA (September 11, 2026) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after colliding with another vehicle near Woodlawn on Wednesday, September 9, according to officials.
The collision occurred at Mount Vernon Highway and Battersea Lane, near Mount Vernon High School, during the evening rush hour. The motorcyclist, a man, was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, while the other driver remained at the scene.
