Emergency units arrived after reports of a motorcycle and a vehicle being involved, where the rider was reported unconscious. The roadway was shut down in all directions. The first report came in at 1103hrs, with an update at 1618hrs noting ongoing disruption.
An extrication response was requested, and a second ambulance was called to the intersection. The rider was taken to the hospital. No names were released following the wreck.
