Tucson, AZ (August 20, 2026) – A motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries on Tuesday afternoon, August 18, in a multi-vehicle crash near Sixth Avenue and Ajo Way in Tucson. The collision was reported at approximately 3:30 p.m.
The rider was taken to a hospital for treatment. The source did not provide an updated medical condition beyond the initial report that the injuries were life-threatening.
A photographer at the scene observed a motorcycle, a red sport utility vehicle, and a dark blue car that may have been involved.
Parts of the roadway remained closed until about 6:00 p.m. while the scene was processed.
