Louisville, KY (June 17, 2026) – A motorcyclist was killed after a crash involving a car in Louisville’s Highland Park neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Louisville Metro Police, officers were called to the intersection of Old Park Road and Crittenden Drive around 1:55 p.m. Preliminary information indicates a man riding a motorcycle eastbound on Crittenden Drive entered the intersection and collided with a car entering from Old Park Boulevard.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said he was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision. The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt and told investigators the rider may not have been seen before the crash.
No other vehicles were involved, and the identity of the motorcyclist has not been released.
