Fayetteville, NC (August 17, 2026) – A motorcyclist died on Sunday morning, August 16, following a collision on Legion Drive at Legion Park Avenue. The crash was reported at approximately 10:00 a.m.
According to the initial report, the motorcycle and another vehicle collided at the intersection. The rider was killed, though no additional information about the motorcyclist’s identity was released.
Legion Drive was temporarily closed near Legion Park Avenue while investigators examined the scene. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
