Wichita, KS (June 18, 2026) – A motorcyclist died following a collision involving a vehicle near 29th Street and Seneca Street in south Wichita on Wednesday, June 17.
According to the Wichita Police Department, first responders were dispatched to the area at approximately 5:00 p.m. after receiving reports of a traffic collision involving a motorcycle and another vehicle.
Upon arrival, officers found both vehicles at the scene. The motorcyclist, described as a man in his 40s, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities have not yet released the victim’s identity. Information regarding the driver of the other vehicle and whether any additional injuries were reported was not immediately available.
