Columbus, OH (July 17, 2026) – A motorcyclist was killed on Wednesday evening, July 15, in a collision at Parsons Avenue and East Woodrow Avenue in the Hungarian Village area of south Columbus.
The Columbus Police Department was called to the intersection at approximately 6:22 p.m. According to an incident summary, the crash involved a 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle and a 2012 BMW SUV.
The motorcyclist was thrown from the bike during the collision. Columbus Division of Fire personnel pronounced him dead at the scene at approximately 6:26 p.m. The BMW driver was not injured. Authorities continue reviewing the circumstances surrounding the collision.
