Simpsonville, SC (August 19, 2026) — A motorcyclist died on Tuesday night, August 18, in a wreck on Bethany Road in Greenville County, according to troopers. It happened around 5:45 p.m.
Troopers said a motorcycle was headed north on Bethany Road when a Jeep traveling south attempted to turn left onto Stewart Road. The Jeep and motorcycle collided during the turn.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The rider’s name had not been released as of this report.
