Rockwall, TX (June 26, 2026) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured early on Friday, June 26, after an accident on Interstate 30 near John King Boulevard in Rockwall. The collision happened just after midnight.
Detectives said the motorcycle and another vehicle were both traveling east on Interstate 30 before they collided. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, while the driver of the other vehicle was not hurt. No names, ages, or additional vehicle details were released in the first report.
Interstate 30 was closed for several hours while the police worked to clear the roadway. The highway has since reopened. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
