Oldham County, KY (August 20, 2026) – First responders rushed to a multi-vehicle crash near the 14-mile marker just before midnight on Tuesday, August 18, in Oldham County.
South Oldham crews responded to the crash and had to remove a trapped driver from a vehicle that had struck a tree before being hit by another vehicle. The impact was so severe that the vehicle’s engine was thrown approximately 75 feet from the car.
Traffic became heavily congested around the crash scene, making it difficult for emergency crews to reach the vehicles. Responders had to walk to the scene because of the traffic conditions.
