NORTH HIGHLANDS, Sacramento County, CA, Sept. 24, 2026 — A pedestrian was injured in a hit and run crash Monday morning, September 21, in the 4300 block of Madison Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The California Highway Patrol reported that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at approximately 11:20 a.m. in a parking lot near 4317 Madison Avenue. The driver did not stay at the scene, and the crash was not reported to CHP until Wednesday, roughly two days later, according to dispatch logs.
