Oklahoma City, OK (January 21, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a car accident involving injuries Tuesday morning on the northbound side of the Broadway Extension near East Castle Road. The crash occurred shortly after 11:15 a.m., prompting a response from Engine 2 and Rescue Ladder 22.
Upon arrival, responders located the crash site along a busy commuter corridor where traffic is often steady during late morning hours. At least one person sustained injuries in the incident and was treated at the scene. The nature and severity of those injuries have not been confirmed at this time.
