Oklahoma City, OK (January 21, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a car accident involving injuries Tuesday morning on the northbound side of the Broadway Extension near East Castle Road. The crash occurred shortly after 11:15 a.m., prompting a response from Engine 2 and Rescue Ladder 22.
Upon arrival, responders located the crash site along a busy commuter corridor where traffic is often steady during late morning hours. At least one person sustained injuries in the incident and was treated at the scene. The nature and severity of those injuries have not been confirmed at this time.
The collision led to temporary traffic disruptions as emergency personnel worked to care for the injured and safely manage the area. Officials have not yet released information regarding the number of vehicles involved or the potential cause of the crash.
