Frequently Asked Questions
Does speed make a crash more dangerous?
Yes. Higher speeds give drivers less time to react and increase the force involved in a collision, which tends to make injuries more severe.
Why is distracted driving a serious risk?
Taking eyes or attention off the road for even a few seconds means a driver may not see traffic slowing, a signal changing, or a hazard entering the roadway in time to respond.
