Omaha, NE (January 14, 2026) – Emergency crews responded on Sunday morning to a possible traffic-related medical emergency near the intersection of S 120th St and L St in Omaha after a caller reported a man down inside a vehicle.
The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m., when Omaha Fire and Rescue were dispatched to check on a blue compact car stopped along the eastbound lanes. The caller indicated a male occupant appeared to be unresponsive or in distress.
