Gracey, KY (June 17, 2026) – A 55-year-old Hopkinsville man died after a two-vehicle crash on US 68 in Gracey on Tuesday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies said the collision happened around 1:20 p.m. when a car driven by Tim Crum was crossing US 68 from Kentucky 1026. The car collided with an eastbound SUV driven by Cory Murray of Cadiz.
The force of the collision pushed both vehicles off the roadway. Crum received CPR and was taken to Jennie Stuart Health, where he later died from his injuries.
Murray and the other occupants of the SUV were not hurt. No additional details about the people involved were released.
The investigation remains ongoing as investigators continue reviewing the circumstances that led to the crash. We extend our sincere condolences to Tim Crum’s family and loved ones.
