Meridian, ID (June 1, 2026) – A fatal single-vehicle collision claimed the life of a 45-year-old man early Sunday morning at the roundabout near Victory Road and Ten Mile Road in Meridian.
According to released information, the man was driving a 2015 Chevrolet Captiva southbound on Ten Mile Road when the SUV struck the barrier wall located in the center of the roundabout. The wreck was reported at approximately 3:10 a.m. on Sunday, May 31.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. No other occupants were mentioned in the initial report, and no additional people were reported as involved.
The man’s identity had not been publicly released at the time of publication. Investigators are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the collision.
