West Cornwall Township, PA (June 6, 2026) – A 91-year-old man died on Thursday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash on Lebanon Road (Route 72) and Maple Avenue in West Cornwall Township.
The crash occurred at about 1:42 p.m. when a 91-year-old West Cornwall Township man was driving a passenger vehicle and pulled from Maple Avenue onto Lebanon Road. He entered the path of a southbound pickup truck that was towing a cattle trailer.
Both vehicles became involved in the impact after the maneuver onto the highway. The driver of the passenger vehicle sustained fatal injuries at the time of the crash. The driver of the pickup truck was not reported to have been critically injured, though further details were not immediately released.
Emergency units were called to the roadway shortly after the crash was reported. No additional identifying details have been made public regarding those involved.
