Lenoir City, TN (July 17, 2026) – A man died on Wednesday afternoon, July 15, following a two-vehicle crash in the 7600 block of Creekwood Park Boulevard in Lenoir City. The collision was reported at approximately 3 p.m.
A northbound vehicle and a vehicle attempting to make a turn collided at the location. Emergency units immediately began life-saving measures on an adult male involved in the wreck. His condition declined at the scene, and he was airlifted by Lifestar to the University of Tennessee Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries. He had not been identified as of this report.
The other driver involved in the accident was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The crash remains under active investigation with assistance from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
