Reading, PA (July 2, 2026) – At least one person was injured in a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday at the intersection of N 6th Street and Douglass Street in Reading. Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene at approximately 11:17 a.m. following reports of the crash.
Initial reports indicated the collision involved two vehicles. Emergency medical personnel treated one injured person at the scene. The extent of the individual’s injuries has not been released.
Responders also reported fluids leaking onto the roadway following the crash. Crews worked to manage the spill and ensure the intersection was safe for motorists while the vehicles were removed.
The identities of those involved have not been released, and the circumstances leading up to the collision remain under investigation. We wish the injured person a full and speedy recovery.
