The driver of the International tractor, 62-year-old Dean Gordon Ryks of Belgrade, was not injured.

The Minnesota State Patrol continues to investigate the incident.
Rear-End and Same-Direction Collisions Can Cause Injuries
Crashes involving vehicles traveling in the same direction occur when traffic conditions change suddenly or when drivers have limited time to react to vehicles ahead. Even at moderate speeds, these collisions can result in injuries requiring medical evaluation and treatment.
Investigators typically examine vehicle positions, roadway conditions, witness statements, and physical evidence to determine the factors that contributed to the crash. Driver attention, following distance, and traffic flow are commonly reviewed as part of the investigation.
Authorities encourage motorists to maintain safe following distances and remain attentive to changing traffic conditions to reduce the risk of similar collisions.
