Memphis, TN (August 28, 2026) – One man died, and two others were hospitalized in non-critical condition after a two-vehicle wreck on Holmes Road between Airways Boulevard and Tchulahoma Road on Wednesday evening, August 26, according to the Memphis Police Department. Officers responded around 7:15 p.m.
All lanes of a two-mile stretch of Holmes Road were closed to allow a full investigation, and drivers were directed to find an alternate route.
