Denver, CO (August 18, 2026) – One person was seriously injured on Monday morning, August 17, in a collision involving a motorist and a motorcyclist near East 6th Avenue and Broadway. The crash was reported at approximately 6:22 a.m.
One patient was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
All eastbound lanes were closed while responders worked in the area. Drivers were advised to use alternate routes during the closure.
Investigators continue reviewing the circumstances surrounding the crash. We hope the injured person has a swift and full recovery.
