Springfield, TN (August 5, 2026) – One person was injured after a crash involving two tractor-trailers on northbound Interstate 65 near mile marker 105 in Robertson County. The collision happened around 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, and led to a shutdown of all northbound lanes.
According to officials, two semis were involved in the crash, and one of the trucks caught fire after the impact. The flames spread to the trailer of the second semi, which was carrying paper products on pallets. Fire crews responded to extinguish the fire, while crews assisted with traffic control and lane closures.
