Emergency crews arrived to assist a woman suffering from low blood sugar, which may have contributed to the incident. While the full circumstances remain under investigation, officials indicated that the situation led to a temporary roadway blockage in the area.
Responders provided immediate care at the scene and were able to stabilize the individual. The roadway was cleared shortly after emergency teams concluded their work.
