OWINGS MILLS, Baltimore County, Md., Sept. 17, 2026 — A 72-year-old woman died Tuesday afternoon, September 15, after she was struck by a vehicle on Owings Mills Boulevard, according to authorities. The crash happened near the intersection with Strawhill Court.
Baltimore County police said officers responded to the area around 2:40 p.m. and found the woman, identified by authorities as Wanda Grasu, 72, had been hit by an SUV. She was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
A preliminary investigation indicated a car had been traveling southbound on Owings Mills Boulevard approaching Strawhill Court around the time of the crash.
