Annapolis, MD (June 23, 2026) – A man was killed, and two other people were injured following a serious two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Forest Dr and Quiet Waters Pl in Annapolis on Saturday morning, June 21.
According to the Annapolis Police Department, officers responded to the crash scene at approximately 8:27 a.m. after receiving reports of a serious collision involving a sedan and a pickup truck.
When emergency crews arrived, they found three people injured. Authorities said the woman driving the sedan sustained serious injuries and was transported to a regional Shock Trauma Center for treatment.
A male passenger in the sedan was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated by rescuers. Paramedics performed advanced life-saving measures at the scene, but the man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The driver of the pickup truck suffered minor injuries and declined transportation to a hospital.
The Annapolis Police Department is continuing to investigate the circumstances that led to the crash. The Annapolis Fire Department, Anne Arundel County Fire Department, and the Maryland State Police Aviation Command assisted at the scene.
