Twiggs County, GA (July 20, 2026) – Authorities are trying to identify the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of a pedestrian on crash on 400 block of Cary Road early on Sunday morning. The crash happened around 3 a.m. on July 19.
The victim was identified as Gyrino Stanley. According to reports, a vehicle struck Stanley, and the driver left the scene afterward. A description of the vehicle involved has not been released.
