Jefferson Township, OH (July 28, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a serious pedestrian crash early on Sunday morning, July 26, on State Route 16 near Cabot Mills Road in Jefferson Township. The pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a vehicle.

The crash happened around 12:30 a.m. when a westbound car traveling on State Route 16 struck a man who was walking alongside the roadway.
