Windsor Twp., PA (September 6, 2026) – A pedestrian was struck near 750 Delta Road at about 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 4. The dispatch entry placed the accident between Smith Road and East Broadway in Windsor Township.
Emergency units were sent after a report that someone had been hit across the street from the listed address. The circumstances leading to the crash remain under investigation.
