Plano, TX (January 22, 2026) – Emergency crews responded to a traffic collision Wednesday morning on the northbound side of US Highway 75 just south of Legacy Dr in Plano, where at least one person sustained injuries.
The crash was initially reported as a property damage incident, but responders on scene later upgraded it after discovering one of the involved individuals was bleeding. Emergency medical services were dispatched promptly to provide treatment at the scene. Traffic was significantly impacted, with two lanes blocked as officials worked to manage the incident.
The full scope of the injuries has not been disclosed, and the cause of the crash is still under investigation. Police confirmed that the early reports were made by third-party callers, which may have delayed the injury classification.
