Portland, OR (January 15, 2026) – A Bravo-level injury crash was reported Wednesday evening on northbound Interstate 5 near the Taylors Ferry Road exit in southwest Portland.
The incident occurred around 5:37 p.m., prompting a response from Engine 18 and Medic 360. Crews arrived to find at least one vehicle involved in a crash, with injured individuals requiring medical assistance.
Paramedics treated the injured at the scene, and at least one person was transported to a local hospital for further care. The nature and severity of the injuries have not yet been confirmed.
Traffic on I-5 northbound experienced delays during the evening commute as responders managed the scene and worked to clear the roadway. The crash happened near a busy interchange frequently affected by congestion during peak hours.
