Los Angeles Co., CA (September 6, 2026) – An injury collision involving a white Dodge Ram pickup and a white SUV was reported on the northbound Interstate 5 connector to northbound Interstate 710 at about 12:03 a.m. on Friday, September 4.
A caller reported that the Dodge pickup had been driven recklessly before the vehicles came together. Another entry said the pickup driver was outside the vehicle and appeared to be stumbling, with possible alcohol involvement noted but not confirmed.
The vehicles were blocking the transition roadway, and a person was reported walking in active traffic lanes. Emergency units later held all lanes south of Eastern Avenue while two tow trucks were requested. The circumstances surrounding the accident remained under review.
