Sioux Falls, SD (August 12, 2026) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured on Monday afternoon, August 10, in a crash near 10th Street and Cliff Avenue. Rescue crews responded around 1:15 p.m.
According to the initial investigation, a 2002 Harley-Davidson Road King was traveling eastbound on 10th Street when a 2002 GMC Sierra 2500 turned left from the Lewis Drug parking lot. The pickup entered the motorcycle’s path, and the two vehicles collided. The motorcycle operator was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
10th Street was closed between Cliff Avenue and Van Eps Avenue while the crash was being investigated. Additional details are expected as more information becomes available. Our thoughts are with the injured motorcyclist.
