Salt Lake City, UT (March 25, 2026) – One person was killed in an auto-pedestrian crash early on Tuesday morning, March 25, along Redwood Road near 1500 South in Salt Lake City.
Authorities said the incident occurred just after 6 a.m. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found the pedestrian with fatal injuries. The individual was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials closed southbound lanes of Redwood Road from 1700 South to California Avenue as crews responded and began their investigation.
