SAN ANTONIO, Bexar County, Texas, Sept. 24, 2026 — A motorcyclist was hospitalized in critical condition after a crash Thursday morning, September 24, on the Northwest Side, according to San Antonio police.
Officers responded just before 4 a.m. to a report of a motorcycle crash near Wurzbach Road and Live Oak Road, close to Interstate 10, San Antonio police said. Investigators determined a man believed to be in his 30s was riding westbound on Wurzbach Road when his motorcycle collided with a vehicle that was turning into a nearby apartment complex.
The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital in critical condition, police said. The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt, according to the report.
Police said no criminal elements have been identified in the crash. The cause remains under investigation, and no further details have been released.
