Rockwall, TX (September 10, 2026) – A school bus and a passenger vehicle were involved in a collision near North Munson Road and FM 548 on Wednesday, September 9. The report was posted around 9:42 a.m., with an update referencing activity at about 7:35 a.m.
The school bus had gone into a ditch. Eleven children aboard the bus were expected to receive medical checks following the accident.
The report also listed four medical refusals involving occupants of the passenger vehicle, indicating they declined further ambulance transport.
Emergency units worked near the roadway, and drivers were urged to use caution while crews remained there. Authorities continue reviewing the cause of the crash.
