The incident was reported just after 8:25 a.m., prompting a response from local emergency crews.
According to dispatch audio from King County Fire-Tac Group Calls, responders were directed to 8510 South Jackson Street, where a caller flagged them down to assist the injured cyclist. The man reportedly sustained injuries to the left side of his head. The severity of his condition has not been publicly released, though dispatch described the situation as a “code green,” indicating that the injuries were non-life-threatening at the time of transport or evaluation.
