Seattle, WA (January 28, 2026) – Authorities responded to a hit-and-run collision on Tuesday afternoon on northbound Interstate 5 near the interchange with State Route 520, where at least two individuals were reportedly injured.
The incident occurred around 2:49 p.m. and involved a black SUV, suspected of fleeing the scene, and a blue Tesla, which remained on the roadway with visible damage. The black SUV was believed to have sustained front-end damage before leaving the area. Emergency crews responded quickly and provided assistance to those injured in the crash.
Two individuals were reportedly hurt, though officials have not released detailed information regarding the severity of their injuries or whether hospital transport was required.
